Menu for this week. Well there isn't a menu. Its kind of what ever we have in the storage, I made a list of 5 or 6 meals we have all the ingredients for so we would for sure have something to eat. So far we have had:
Saturday:
(Courtney - work day)
Breakfast: toast and Diet Coke (for me)
Lunch: turkey sandwich &ritz crackers
Dinner: Granola bar,
Snack: candy bar, I had some cash
Sunday:
Breakfast: toast with cream cheese
Lunch: steak, with carrots and potatoes (slow cooker)
Dinner: Lloyd's roast
Dessert - brownies (Betty Crocker)
Monday:
Breakfast: Pancakes
Lunch: Grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches
Dinner: Tacos - hamburger, corn, black beans, Mexican Rice - I took this recipe and looked at some comments, I added some paprika and crushed red pepper flakes - very excellent! shredded cheese
Snacks: Ritz crackers, carrots, peaches
Tuesday:
Breakfast: leftover pancakes, peaches (and a piece of toast for Nate)
Lunch: leftover tacos
Dinner: Frozen Pizza
Snacks: Cheerios, Cashews
Wednesday:
Breakfast: bagels with cream cheese
Lunch: Arctic Circle for Court and Nate, Jake - school ham sandwich
Dinner: Corn Flake chicken, rice and green beans
Snacks: Donuts at Jake's work.
Thursday:
Breakfast: cinnamon rolls - the topping was a bit too sweet, for us, at least as breakfast. Apple slices, milk.
